§ 8.44.010. Definitions.

A.

"Human remains" means an intact human body, whether embalmed or unembalmed, and does not include ashes from a body that has been cremated.

B.

"Interment" means burial of human remains whether contained inside a vault, casket, or other container, under the soil of any parcel of real property.

C.

"Established cemetery" shall include any cemetery operated and maintained under the authority of a cemetery maintenance district established under Utah Code Annotated 17A-2-201, et seq.

D.

"Immediate family" means husband and wife and their children.
