§ 17.45.040. Application in commercial zones.

The provisions of sections 17.45.020(E), (K) and section 17.45.030, shall not apply to bed and breakfast inns located in commercial zones in Panguitch City. All signs relating to bed and breakfast inns located in commercial zones shall only be required to comply with the general requirements for signs in Chapter 17.80 of the Panguitch Municipal Code.
